* If the emergency is related to a complete hotel phone or internet outage, technical support is available 24x7 through 12 Points Consulting and acknowledgment will be provided within 30 minutes. 12 Points Consulting can be reached at 855-453-8185. There may be a charge for this service depending on if the applicable hotel is serviced by 12 Points Consulting. The standard charge is $50.00/hr with a 1 hour minimum.
